We are seeking a proficient and dynamic Construction Manager to join our workforce and contribute to the success of our diverse construction projects. 

Scope of Work: As the Construction Manager at Gulf Cooperation Symbols Contracting Company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your comprehensive scope of work includes:

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the construction team, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  3. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance and efficiency.
  4. Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and procedures on construction sites to maintain a safe and secure working environment for all personnel.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and control costs to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during construction projects, implementing proactive measures to minimize disruptions and delays. 

Specific Requirements: 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the GCC region. 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 

• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams. 

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. 

• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
